Although the news of COVID-19 has caused legitimate concern, we recognise and understand the reasons for lockdown and as a company will stick by the government guidelines to keep everyone safe. The PM made a statement on the 3rd July to advise beauty salons and spas can reopen on 13th July with some treatments (anything involving facial contact) taken off. On August 1st we will be able to perform all treatments within the salon.

We have since taken the necessary precautions to keep all our customers and staff safe.
 
Please be reassured Kandy Girl will do the following:
 
Kandy Girl will operate on appointments only
Deep clean the salon after every appointment/party.
Every member of staff will wash their hands regularly
Customers may be asked for their temperatures to be taken upon arrival.
All customers will be encouraged to wash their hands upon arrival to the salon
Staff will wear gloves were possible
Only allow one appointment at a time during this time
Staff will not treat any customer who are exhibiting any of the symptoms  
Customers will be encouraged to social distance - floor markings will be displayed on the floor
Staff will wear PPE (visors, masks and overalls)
All bath robes, head wraps will be washed after use
Screens will be placed around salon
Hot Tub will be taken out of use until further notice
Facials and Lip Scrubs will be taken off the treatments
Credit/debit card or bacs payments will be encouraged

KANDY GIRL PARTIES:
Parties will take place as normal. Whereby children are in the same social bubble we are able to host a maximum of 8 children. Should children not be in the same social bubble, parties can still go ahead but the staff will treat children whilst practicing social distancing. Should this not be ideal for customers parties can be limited to six children and a discount of £40 per party will be taken off the final balance.
